Batista takes aim at the Interior Trophy and Novorizontino's place in the Brazil Cup

After the heroic turn of Novorizontino against Santos, in a duel valid for the 12th round of the Paulista Championship, at the Corinthians Arena, he marked the Tigre's farewell to the state this year. Despite ending with the fifth best campaign, the place in the quarterfinals did not come because it was precisely in a group with two other teams among the best campaigns in the competition.

With the goal of Batista, the team of Novo Horizonte, guaranteed, for at least one more season, the participation in Serie D of the Brazilian, if it does not get access in 2020. In addition to the goal achieved by the club, the striker celebrated the return with golden key after an injury.

- The feeling is very good, especially since I came from an injury and a long time without playing. Thank God everything went well, I was able to enter and help the team with the winning goal. The expectation is very high for our entire cast, because it is worth a spot for the Copa do Brasil and is a classic from the interior.
